Vera Clouzot is a band from Lille, Northern France. They began as a three-piece band (vocals, guitars and cello) influenced by American folk bands such as the Red House Painters, Smog, American Music Club. They released two self-produced albums in English, and then an album in French, with a more personal sound, in 2000.
